Booking Conditions
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These Booking Conditions describe the terms that govern a booking made through TravelSky UK.
1. Your Contract
A booking becomes a contract once a deposit or full payment is accepted and a confirmation is issued.
The lead passenger on a booking is responsible for the accuracy of all names and details submitted, and for passing on any onward information to other named travellers.
2. Prices and Payment
Prices shown are illustrative and subject to availability until confirmed at checkout. A price is guaranteed once full payment or a deposit has been accepted, and may change before that point.
Where a Book Now, Pay Later or Fly Now, Pay Later plan is selected, the deposit amount, instalment schedule and any fee for late payment are set out at the time of booking.
3. Changes and Cancellations by You
If you wish to change or cancel a booking, notify us in writing. Any applicable change or cancellation fee depends on the fare type and how close to departure the request is made.
4. Changes and Cancellations by Us
If an airline or supplier changes or cancels a service, we will offer an alternative booking of comparable standard, or a refund, in line with the relevant airline or supplier's own terms.
5. Our Responsibility for Your Booking
Our responsibility is limited to the services we directly arrange, with airlines, hotels and other suppliers separately responsible for the services they provide, subject to applicable law.
6. Complaints Procedure
If something goes wrong, raise it with the relevant supplier at the time where possible, then follow up in writing with us if unresolved — see the Contact page for our current details.
7. Data Protection
See our separate Privacy Policy page for how personal data is handled.
